This project was a New Build endeavour, a delight to participate in. The shower room and bathroom in the residence were both outfitted in a similar manner, resulting in a unified appearance throughout.

The installation included basins with wall-mounted vanity units, back-to-wall pans with concealed cisterns, illuminated bathroom cabinets, a freestanding bath, a deluge shower head, and an additional handset with a riser bar.

All the fixtures and furniture were in a matte black finish, including the towel rail. The contemporary matte tapware trend, particularly in black, is gaining popularity. Experts in bathroom design believe that this trend is enduring.

This includes providing a copy of your local authorities Planning Permission PTI, Proof of Ownership (Land Registry), and a New Electrical Supply Letter with M.PAN Number.
